Worksite
Symantrix Inc., 5005 W Royal Lane, Suite #290, Irving, TX 75063. Travel and/or relocation to unanticipated client sites throughout the USA is required.
Job duties
Analyze, design, develop, test, implement, monitor and upgrade computer software systems and specialized software applications. Gather, review and evaluate functional requirements from customers and formulate conceptual designs to meet those requirements. Translate user requests into precise system requirement descriptions for the technical team. Conduct functional systems analysis methodologies including data modeling, workflow analysis, object-oriented analysis, gap analysis, link analysis, Business Intelligence, Big Data, and data integration to validate the design. Provide services from blueprinting, prototyping, implementation, customization, configuration, testing, and validation. Produce technical and functional reports. Work with software programming applications, systems, languages, technologies and platforms such as Oracle, Java/J2EE, .Net, C, C#, DB2, SQL Server, MySQL, and Big Data. Work under supervision.
Education
Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Science, Engineering (any) or a closely related field, with six (6) months of experience in the job offered or as an IT Consultant, Analyst, Developer, Programmer, or IT Engineer, or a very closely related area.
Experience
Experience must include six (6) months of working with any two of: Java, J2EE, .NET, C#, C, SAP, Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, Big Data, Python, Spark, Scala, Hadoop, AWS, or QA testing. Travel and/or relocation to unanticipated client sites throughout the USA is required.
